As is traditional, the Staff Council will subsidize the participation of its dues-paying members.
All staff attending are granted three days of special leave with full pay.

The CSPNU is pleased to invite you to the 45th Inter-Agency Games 2018 (IAG 2018) which will be held in Montecatini Terme, Italy from 2 to 6 May 2018, organized by IFAD. The Official website, including full information and rules, is: http://www.interagencygames.org/iag2018.
The cost per person for participating in the IAG 2018 is as follows:
Adult EUR 315
Children: 0-5 years old Free
Children: 6-11 years old EUR 155
Children: +12 years old EUR 310
Non-family child minders/baby sitters (not attending Gala Dinner) EUR 250 per person
THE PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMODATION.

Full payment of Participation Fees is due by Monday, 26 March 2018.
Accommodation
Each participant is responsible for booking and payment of their own accommodation. You are welcome to choose a hotel from the list of negotiated rates here: http://montecatinieventi.net/shop/45th-united-nations-inter-agency-games
Then make a booking through the organizing partner in Montecatini: Ranieri Tour Operator. Send an email with the name of the hotel, type of room and your personal details to Ranieri Tour Operator booking@ranieritouroperator.com or call +39 0572 772603. Office hours are 09.00 -13.00, 15.00 – 19.00.
The agency offers free reservation services to all IAG participants and will be able to offer the special rates and advice on the most suitable accommodation in response to your needs.
Please note, in order ensure you obtain these special rates, it is advisable to book through Ranieri Tour Operator; it allows cancellations without penalty up to three days before the date of arrival.
Transportation
The city of Montecatini-Terme is 58 kms from Pisa International Airport and 42 kms from the airport of Florence.
For participants arriving by air, and who have requested transportation on the registration site, buses will be provided free of charge only on Wednesday, 2 May 2018, to the centre of Montecatini-Terme and back to the airport on Sunday, 6 May 2018.
Cancellations
By 30 March 2018, 100% refund.
By Friday 6 April 2018, 50% refund.
Between 7 and 13 April refunds will only be considered upon presentation of a medical certificate.
No refunds will be granted after 13 April 2018 for any reason, including non-issuance of travel visa.
Entry visas (VERY IMPORTANT)
Kindly ensure that you have a valid visa for Italy.
Medical certificates and insurance
Medical certificates are mandatory in Italy for the following sports (Athletics (men & women), Badminton, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Golf, Swimming (men & women), Table Tennis (men & women), Tennis, Volleyball (men & women)). Players in these disciplines are required to bring with them to the Games a medical certificate to state that they are physically fit to participate.
Participants and supporters are responsible for their own medical insurance. The host organizations will not be held liable.
Security
The UN Department of safety and security (UNDSS) recommends that each participant should register in the common security system DRITS. We strongly encourage individuals to register into the system which is available here https://dss.un.org/dssweb/Home.aspx and create a request in TRIP. If you are not already registered, you may need to create a new profile.
Identification badges
Upon arrival in Montecatini Terme, participants should check into their hotels and then come to the central Palazzo dei Congressi, Viale Amendola 2, to pick up their official IAG 2018 identification badges and welcome packs.
REMEMBER to bring with you your an ID card with photograph.
Additional information
The Captains’ meeting is scheduled on 2 May at 16.00 in Palazzo dei Congressi, Viale Amendola 2.
A group photo will be taken at 17.30 on Wednesday in front of the Terme Tettuccio Spa at the end of the main street, Viale Giuseppe Verdi. From there, participants will form a procession to the Opera House of Giuseppe Verdi for the Opening Ceremony which will start at 18.30.

The deadline for registration is Monday 26 march 2018.
