Chapter IX (Article 19) of the Regulations on staff representation in Geneva establish the creation of an Arbitration Commission, which rules on any disputes arising between a staff member or members and a staff body or bodies or between two (2) or more staff bodies concerning failure to observe the Regulations.
The Arbitration Commission consists of five (5) members elected for a three-year term of office beginning on 1 April, who are elected by the staff as a whole by universal suffrage.
The five members of the Arbitration Commission for the period
1 April 2019 – 31 March 2022 are the following:

- Mr. Lucien Jaggi
- Mr. Lance Thompson
- Mr. David Bicchetti
- Ms. Nataliya Oliynyk
